DENNIS DAME

Dennis Dame has pursued everything from commercial illustration, graphic design, photo-retouch, airbrushed illustrations, murals, portraiture, and fine art oil painting.

He finds that he enjoys painting now even more than when he first began. Making a new discovery with every painting never ends.

Jerry Dame looks at everything with the eye of an artist, not to imagine a painting necessarily, but to see how the light falls on an object. He lets the shadow define the shape. Looking just for the joy of seeing and appreciating what is in view.

“No matter the subject matter both Jerry and Dennis create pieces filled with intricate light and beauty.”
