FOURTH FRIDAY ART STROLL
July 27, 2018
Garth Williams' distinctive palette-knife strokes, thick layers, and vibrant colors capture the spirit of the wild Northwest. His oil paintings of mountain landscapes, winding streams, lakeside moments, and backyard scenes invite viewers to re-imagine familiar places. Garth will be joining us at this Fourth Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, demonstrating his technique on an original oil piece. We will be previewing Garth's work on Thursday July 26, 2018 at our Meet the Maker dinner. For reservations and menu details, call The Open Door 541.549.6076 or email Emily at firstname.lastname@example.org
"I am constantly struck by the beauty in nature. I see God's handiwork in everything I paint, whether hollyhocks, wildlife or an aspen grove. All of these are sources of inspiration, not just for me but for anyone who will take the time to slow down and contemplate. I am extremely fortunate to be able to engage in this process as my career."
